At Genesis our focus is with local customers. Customers buying large appliances from us can take advantage of our free local delivery and installation services within West Cumbria. Small appliances are not eligible for free delivery. These items can be picked up in-store, or delivered within the following postcodes for a fee of £5 per item.

A limited selection of items are available for free nationwide* delivery. These are marked in our online catalogue with this icon:

* UK mainland only. Free delivery excludes Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands, and the Shetland Islands. Delivery to these addresses will incur an additional delivery charge.

We may be able to arrange delivery outside of West Cumbria for other items that aren't marked with the icon, though this will incur a delivery fee; please contact us to discuss options.

Local customers can enjoy additional services, such as installation, removal of old appliances, repair call-outs, and dealing with any problems you may encounter with your new appliance. We are unfortunately unable to offer service visits to nationwide customers, although we are always happy to give advice over the phone, and some manufacturers, such as Hotpoint, offer their own repairs services.
