Model/Serial Number Location Guide

To allow us to help you with spares or repairs, we will need to know the model and serial number of your appliance. This can usually be found on a tag somewhere on the appliance. This tag can sometimes be difficult to find, so use these hints to help you locate it, and provide us with accurate information to help us to help you more efficiently.

Washers and Dryers
Open the door, and look on the inside of the door itself, or the doorframe on the appliance.

Cookers
Open the main cooker door and look on the doorframe on cooker body. Check along the bottom of the frame or either side.

Fridges and Fridge-Freezers
Look inside the refrigerator. Pull out the salad crisper drawer, and check either side.

Freezers
Look inside the freezer. Pull out the bottom drawer and check either side.

Dishwashers
