Price Promise

Our motto is "Best on Price, Best on Service!" to ensure we offer the best price we operate a price promise,

if you see the same product advertised at a lower price including delivery and in stock we will match or beat it.

This offer does not apply to prices you have been quoted for graded goods, seconds, package deals, or

specially discounted goods. Proof of offers may be required.

We try to ensure all information on our web site is correct and accurate, but specifications and prices

may occasionally be changed by the manufacturers. Genesis Home Appliances can not be held responsible

 for errors on this site including but not limited to price. If we discover an error (including errors in price) we

 will contact you immediately to give you the option of reconfirming your order, and we will correct the error

 as soon as possible.

Genesis Home Appliances reserve the right to withdraw goods from sale at any time.


Payment

Payment can be made using Paypal, or most major credit and debit cards (through Paypal). We do not make a charge for credit card transactions. Details of your order (product details, price, delivery address and date) will be confirmed by phone before your card is debited. After we contact you to arrange delivery we will send confirmation of your order by post in the form of an invoice; this will include our contact details and your customer & order numbers. Please check all details carefully and contact our sales team by phone immediately if there appears to be an error.

We also offer a cash on delivery service in our normal delivery area (please see
free delivery section for details of this area). We reserve the right to refuse this payment method or withdraw it at any time. For full details please talk to a member of staff.

Customers buying appliances from us can take advantage of our free local delivery and installation services within West Cumbria. 

We can provide free delivery within the following postcodes:

CA14

For CA7 and all other areas, please call first to check if we can deliver to your address.

A limited selection of items are available for free nationwide* delivery. These are marked in our online catalogue with this icon:

* UK mainland only. Free delivery excludes Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands, and

the Shetland Islands. Delivery to these addresses will incur an additional delivery charge.


We may be able to arrange delivery outside of West Cumbria for other items that aren't marked with the icon, though this will incur a

delivery fee; please contact us to discuss options.





After Sales Service 

At Genesis we pride ourselves as being "BEST ON SERVICE" this does not stop when your purchase has been delivered. Our customer

support lines are open 6 days a week to help you in any way they can.

In the event that your purchase is damaged in transit do not accept delivery, but do contact us as soon as possible. Our Sales team

or Customer support team will advise you on how to proceed should this occur. If you discover a problem with your purchase after

accepting delivery please contact our Customer support team immediately.

If you experience any problems with your purchase we recommend that you check the relevant section of your instruction manual

before arranging for service. In our experience many apparent faults can be solved quickly and easily in this way.

All goods supplied by Genesis have a minimum of 12 months full parts and labour guarantee. The guarantees are given by the manufacturers,

 in most cases the after sales service is handled by the manufacturers own service organisation. Details on how to arrange service should

be supplied with the product. If you have difficulties arranging service or are unhappy with the service supplied by the manufacturer

please contact our Customer support team by telephone on (01900 61767) or simply complete our queries & spares form -

Extended warranties are available from Genesis Home Appliances upon request, please ask for details and prices when placing your order.

Returns Policy

You can cancel your purchase at any time up to 14 working days after delivery of your product by:

  • returning it to one of our stores - bring your original reciept
  • telephone 01900 61767 and talk to a member of staff

All returns must be in 'as new condition' with it's original packaging and fit for re-sale, if this is not the case then we can talk to you to

discuss any other options.

Customer Loyalty Vouchers

These are only available at Genesis Home Aplliances Ltd and are only obtained when a purchase is made. At Genesis we understand 

the importance of OUR customers and what they mean to us there for with this voucher we would like to show our appreciation by offering 

5% off your next purchase. How ever the voucher is not redeamable against any on going offer, package deal or discount already given

and is only valid for the term stated on the voucher. We will also only accept one voucher per sale per person when they are used with

your next purchase but we hope at least that with this voucher you will be glad to come visit us again!
