Delivery and Installation
We hold thousands of items in stock for quick delivery, most of which are available within 2-3 days. The ordering system will inform you of your expected delivery day
If there are any unforeseen delays we will be in touch by phone or e-mail to keep you informed.
We can offer a next day delivery service to certain postcodes by request, at an extra charge of £15. The deadline for next day delivery is 1PM please contact us by telephone on 01900 61767
Our deliveries to most areas are free of charge. Please enter your postcode at the checkout
We normally offer a 2 man Nationwide delivery service, delivering between 9am & 6pm and will give you a 4-hour window on the morning of your delivery.
We are unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man or any offshore island in the Uk or Worldwide

Once you place your order a member of our logistics team will contact you to arrange delivery.
What to expect on your delivery day.
All deliveries are normally 2 man teams
You will be allocated an AM or PM delivery slot, on the day of delivery
Our drivers will unpack your appliances if required and remove all the packaging (see additional charges below). They will then carry the appliance into the room of your choice
If we are installing your appliance we will disconnect your old appliance and remove it if requested (see additional charges below)
It is the customer's responsibility to protect any floor coverings to prevent damage while the products are being situated in the property. We will take reasonable care when maneuvering the product in your home, but we cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred if adequate care to protect flooring has not been taken.
Please check the dimensions of the product that you wish to purchase to ensure that it fits in the space and will fit through any doorways, etc.
All deliveries will be assessed on site to ensure that no risks are taken that could result in damage to product, property or personal injury. The final decision is with our delivery team on the day.
Failed deliveries will incur an additional delivery charge if you are not present on the agreed delivery date and the actual cost of delivery will be charged to you
Let us know if delivery access is restricted due to:
- Parking permits
- Traffic restricted areas
- Width restricted roads
- Bus routes
- Low bridges
- Steps to property
- Building work/skips etc.
- Gravel driveways
- Upper floor deliveries with no lift
Unless otherwise stated our delivery service does not include installation or connection of the product, this can be arranged at an additional cost.
We endeavour to meet all delivery bookings but cannot be held responsible for situations beyond our control,
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have signed for the correct goods and number of items delivered.
Please do not fit or use a product that is incorrect or different to that which was ordered. If items are damaged, then please contact us before you install anything and within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to comply with these guidelines will deem that you have accepted the goods and we would be unable to return or replace them,
Any delivery issues will be resolved by our sales team at the point of delivery
We recommend that you organise the fitting of your appliances by our trained installation team, but if arranging external fitters please allow additional time after your delivery timeslot, just in case we have any delivery issues/delays. We will not be held responsible for any costs incurred by your external fitter.
We only charge for the cost of transporting your appliance for recycling. If you wish to return your appliance to us at no extra charge then this can be accepted at our premises below:

For certain products we will need to arrange delivery by pallet and this will be to your front door. This would always be discussed and agreed by phone or email and always before it is despatched (see additional charges below). These items will have the additional charge allocated in the final basket charges. We will arrange a convenient weekday delivery of your choice. Standard economy delivery is 3 working days. The courier company will deliver the pallet as near to your door as is practical. If you have a gravel driveway or you live in an apartment they will try to get it as close as possible.
